to book your holiday - Rent Villa Cyprus

rent are situated within the beautiful Coral
Bay resort of Cyprus. If you are specifically looking

To book you Villa with
Rent a Villa Cyprus, simply follow the steps below
1.
Email us details of the villa and the dates of your
choice using the enquiry form that appears at the bottom
of each villa page. All bookings are subject to our
Terms and Conditions
which you will need to read and accept before
continuing.
2.
We will check the availability and then confirm back to
you. Please note that your booking will not be
guaranteed until we have received the completed Booking
Form, your payment and we have sent you via email, our
Reservation Confirmation.
3. Once we have
confirmed to you by email that the villa is
available, you will then need to print off our
booking form,
complete and post it together with a 30% deposit
cheque for the total cost of the villa to the
address shown on the form.
4. Please
note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of
departure, the full amount must be paid at the time
of booking. Payments should be made by cheque,
please make payable to ‘Rent a Villa Cyprus’
or
by bank transfer (please call one of our staff for
details).
5.
Once we have received your completed booking form and
payment, we will re-confirm the availability and send you
an email with our Reservation Confirmation. Once your final
payment has been made, you will then receive an email
with our
final Booking Confirmation.
6.
The full balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to
the start date of your stay at the villa as
stated on your confirmation invoice. A reminder email
stating the balance due will be sent to you seven days before
the final payment date.
