Set in a small exclusive development in one of Coral Bay's prime areas, the villa has been built to the highest standards. Excellent location only 150m from the sea and very close to Coral Bay centre, this is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained pool with a large sunny patio, sun-loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. The best sandy beaches in the area are within a couple of minutes walk, and the local bars, taverns and shops are also a short distance away. |

Description:
The ground floor is spacious and open plan. The living area has a twin sofabed and 2 armchairs, a TV,& DVD and a mini Hi-Fi system. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs seating 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. An iron and a board are also supplied. There are utensils and kitchenware to accommodate 8 people. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, and wash basin. The other 2 bedrooms are twin singles. All bedrooms have dressing tables and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a second bathroom with bath and hand shower over, WC and wash basin. The master bedroom and one of the twin rooms share a balcony overlooking the pool. All together, the villa can sleep 8 people, 6 in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the sofabed downstairs.
All bedrooms have air-condition units. Use is optional at €4.00 per unit per day paid locally on arrival. Hand and bath towels, as well as bed linen, are supplied and changed weekly, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Outside there is a private swimming pool 8x4 m, a large patio, sun loungers, garden furniture and umbrellas. The garden area is landscaped and there is car parking space. |
