Villa Daphne is a luxury brand new villa built in 2005, the villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 10 minutes walk from the stunning blue flag beach of Coral Bay and 15 minutes stroll into Coral Bay centre, which offers a wide selection of shops, fabulous choice of restaurants and pavement cafes.
Description:
The ground floor has a large open plan lounge and dining area with TV and CD player, a downstairs cloakroom. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The first floor comprises of; the master bedroom with ensuite shower and veranda with lovely mountain views. Two further double bedrooms, with twin beds, also have private verandas with lovely sea views. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Plus; there is a lovely family bathroom.
All of our villas are equipped with air-conditioning, which is €4.50 per room per day, payable locally upon arrival. Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change, which there is a small charge for if staying for more then one week.
