One of seven luxury Greek styled villas, with classic blue shutters. The villas all have their own private swimming pools surrounded by well stocked gardens. A short drive (5 minutes) to the nearby town of Coral Bay with its wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and pavement cafes and its 'Blue Flag' Beach's. Also not far away one can walk to the famous sea caves tourist attraction, a bit further on is the small hamlet of St. George with its small beach and fish tavernas. Paphos Bird Park is close by and also horse riding.
The villas all have an open plan spacious living/dining area, in the lounge area there is seating for 6 people, and for your entrainment there is a TV, video, CD/Cassette/Radio player and satellite (local free to air only). The dining room has a dining table with seating for 6. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with a electric ceramic hotplate and oven with extractor fan, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also downstairs there is a separate laundry area from the kitchen, with a washing machine and sink, iron, and ironing board. There is a double bedroom with a Queen size bed with en-suite, also the other two bedrooms are twin bedroom, two further bathrooms with en-suite.
Outside there is a 9.5m x 4.5m swimming pool, whirlpool/Jacuzzi sitting area, paved patio area with sun-beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and outdoor dining furniture, BBQ’s and outside shower, all set in established gardens.
All of our villas are equipped with air-conditioning, which is £2.50cyp per room per day, payable locally upon arrival. Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change. |
