A car is not essential as everything is nearby and there is a good bus service to Paphos. Car hire, if required, is also available within easy walking distance from the villa. There is ample parking at the property, which is ideally placed in Coral Bay.

The villa has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and microwave. The lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished with a music centre and television. Each villa has a private landscaped garden with an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and patio areas, complete with outside furniture. There is also an outside shower and barbeque. The three bedrooms have air conditioning which is included in the letting price. The pool is regularly maintained, and maid service is once per week.
