Built to a high specification, this purpose built luxury holiday villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. Situated in a prime position in Coral Bay - the villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet easily accessible on foot (5 minutes) to the centre of Coral Bay with its wonderful selection shops, restaurants, bank and 'Blue Flag' beach. A car is not essential, everything is close-by and if you want to venture further afield there is excellent bus service to Paphos.
Description:
The spacious open plan lounge/dining room has patio doors to the pool and paved area. Also there is a large TV with video and a mini Hi-Fi system plus sky with freeview channels including BBC1 & ITV. Separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with high and low level pine units, granite work surface, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and oven. Found on this level there is also a double bedroom with en-suite facilities and with patio doors.
Upstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. Each room has patio doors leading onto the spacious balcony which overlooks the pool.
Outside there is a large private swimming pool 10x5M, with outside shower, purpose built bar-b-que and sink. The surrounding patio is equipped with sun-loungers, tables and chairs. The pool and patio area are illuminated at night to enjoy those el-fresco evenings.
Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change Please note: This Villa requires a 50% deposit and a further payment of 50.00 for a key deposit. This will be returned at the end of the holiday if no breakages occur whilst you are there. Air-conditioning is included.
