The accommodation comprises of two downstairs bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom with large bath/jacuzzi with an overhead shower. The balcony has a table with six chairs and wonderful panoramic views.
Downstairs the spacious lounge is furnished with leather sofa chairs. There is a TV & DVD player along with Sky with freevew channels including BBC1 & ITV. The dining area has a large table and leather chairs. The kitchen is complete with brand new appliances which include, full oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave & large fridge/freezer.
Outside there is a large 10x5 swimming pool, sun-loungers and eating area with full sized BBQ. Air-conditioning is included.
Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen. Please note: This Villa requires a 50% deposit and further payment of £50.00 for a key deposit again payable locally. This will be returned at the end of the holiday if no breakages occur whilst you are there.
