Having stayed in the sister villa next door, we can safely say 'what a wonderful villa'. Standing in a slightly elevated position, approached via a long drive, this villa located in-between Coral Bay and St Georges. Just a short walk to the coast, there are also a couple of tavernas close by, one right on the sea front. 2 mins drive is the stunning Sea Caves area and there is a lovely small sandy beach with a cafe on, 5 mins drive away. Coral Bay with its 'Blue Flag' beaches and wonderful selection of restaurants and shops is just a few minutes drive away.
Description:
From the entrance door there is a large entrance hall with a staircase leading to the first floor. The spacious lounge/dining room has a feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), there are also two sets of patio doors opening to the terrace.
Kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of wooden units, built in dishwasher and microwave & Double patio doors lead out to the terrace. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and further fitted units. Also on this floor there is a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master has a double bed with en-suite bathroom.Outside surrounding the 10m pool there is a spacious terrace area.
The Villa is equipped with air-conditioning, which is £3.00cyp per room per day, payable locally upon arrival. Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change.
