Three bedroom villa with their own private swimming pool, ideally located on the Pissouri village bay, only 800m from the beach near to shops, restaurants and bars.
Description:
Spacious sitting room with comfortable furniture, tv with UK and Europea channels, cd player and hi-fi system, next to the dining room with dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is of solid wood fitted with all the appliances, washing machine, fridge oven and all the kitchen utensils. Also there is a cloakroom.
Upstairs there this a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom having its own private balcony with sea views. Also upstairs are two further bedrooms with twin single beds. Separate bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioned.
Outside there is large swimming pool and also on this level there is a kitchenette and toilet/shower room. All of our villas are equipped with air-conditioning/heating, which is in winter is included in the price. In the summer the air-conditioning in the bedrooms is included. Air-conditioning in the Hall area is 35.00 euro per week, payable locally upon arrival.
Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change.
