Villa Kerkyra is situated in the village of Peyia in Cyprus.The villa comes fully furnished with an large spacious lounge & dining area with satellite TV and fully fitted kitchen which includes oven/hob/, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms also have their own en-suite showers. Outside there is a large 8m x 4m swimming pool which has a shallow end of 0.7m suitable for younger children, with a depth of 1.7m at the other suitable for adults. Around the pool sunbeds and table and chairs for 6 people along with an umbrella for shade. Also includes are high chair and baby cot, iron & ironing board, in the lounge and dining there are table, chairs and sofas for up to six people. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, which is £2.50cyp per room per day, payable locally upon arrival. Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change.
