Strolling one can explore the unique sea caves and coast line, only 800m fromthe villa.

Ground floor This villa is so comfortable and with its wonderful furnished lounge with TV and hifi it makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. There are doors to a large terrace by the pool with bbq area. Open-plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Also on this floor there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room. A couple of steps leads to the large swimming pool, and there is access via external gated staircase to a spacious balcony with built-in corner bar. Here we have a master room with double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to balcony which overlooks the pool area. Also on this floor are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin which share a separate shower room. There is also a Sauna room with whirlpool bath which is on request and costs GBP£150-220 per week depending on the number of people staying payable direct to the villa owner, also a separate shower room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (cold/heat) is on request and payable to the owner at CYP£3.00 per unit per day.
