This Villa is located in a quiet countryside area, in amongst banana plantations, close to the famous Coral Bay area (4km), where you can enjoy its blue flag sandy beaches, a wide selection of high quality shops and restaurants.Nearby the village of Peyia which is only 1.5km away there are a smaller selection of traditional shops and taverns. St. George’s Bay also close at hand with a superb selection of fish restaurants. The nearest tavernas is 150 m away and the nearest kiosk (like our corner shops) is 250 meters away. There are some nice easy walks around the villa, including walking to the coast and seeing the famous sea caves. Situated near the outskirts of the Akamas peninsula, which boasts unique scenery and beautiful natural beaches.

From the terrace and upper balcony you can enjoy fantastic views. A wonderful feature of this villa are the attractive Roman pillars which run along one side of the large pool. Ground floor Large open-plan lounge area with doors leading to covered terrace which ideal for al-fresco eating and relaxing in the warm evenings. Open-plan kitchen and dining area and with a downstairs cloakroom. First floor There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to shared balcony, two twin rooms both with en-suite shower rooms, with one leading to the shared balcony Outside the pool with integral steps is located at the front of the villa. There is a sauna room with whirlpool bath which on request is available to any guest, this costs GBP£150-220 per week depending on the number of people staying and is payable to the owner, also there is a separate shower room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (cold/heat) is on request and payable to the owner at CYP£3.00 per unit per day. Please note that booking in the summer months can only be from Saturday to Saturday
