Wonderful wonderful wonderful. We had such a fantastic family holiday. We were overwhelmed by the Villa it was beautiful, loads of room for the eight of us. It was nice to be able to walk down to the sea snorkal, although the pool was ample for us. The location, and the views were stunning couldn't fault it at all. I think it was probably the best Villa location we have had. Great for our family celebration, so much space outside for all of us adults. Steve had a lovely 60th birthday. Coral Bay was Ideal for us not far to walk to the restaurants bars such a friendly place, we will be back.

A very beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom seafront villa. This villa commands the best of positions with outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea from all rooms. The pool area also looks out to sea and each evening you are entertained by wonderful sunsets. The garden well stocked and found to be on different levels. A Pergola can be found on the highest level with a pathway leading down to the sea. Please be aware the small children will need to be supervised as the garden is not enclosed. This Villa can be enjoyed throughout the year as it has both air-con and central heating throughout. There is also an open fireplace for those wanting some extra warmth in Winter.
The centre of Coral Bay is only a few minutes walk away, with a wonderful selection of restaurants, supermarkets and bars. There is also a bank with cash point facilities and large supermarket. Also not far away is the famous 'Blue Flag' beach with safe swimming for all ages and a good choice of water sports.
The main town of Paphos is only a 15 minute drive away and in the other direction, the Akamas Peninsula can be found with it's incredible natural beauty and spectacular coastline.

This villa is built over three levels.
On the Lower Ground Floor: There is a large open plan sitting area come teenagers room, it comes with satellite TV which is separate from th one in the main lounge for those occasions when you need alternate viewing, there is also an x-box machine and for those budding singers in the family a karaoke machine.
On the Middle Floor: There is the main entrance, spacious open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and Video systems,also an open Fire which if required is £5.00 per day. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and also comes with a juicer and coffee machine. On this floor there is a twin bedroom with a bathroom. This level leads out to pool and patio area. The Pool is Kidney shaped and there is a outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas.
On the first Floor: There are three bedrooms, two double and one twin, two bathrooms.
Fully air-conditioned and centrally heated which is included in the price.
