This villa is situated in the heart of Coral Bay, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with views of the sea and the nearby hills. There are a variety of shops, restaurants and bars which are a 5 minute stroll away.

The ground floor is spacious and open plan including a living area. The living room has two sofa beds, an arm chair and TV. The dining area is open plan with a table and 6 chairs. The Kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen essentials, an ironing board and iron are also supplied. Also on the ground floor there is a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with built in wardrobe space, shared balcony over looking the sea. Bathroom with a full shower. The villa is child friendly and there is a cot provided. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, which is £2.50cyp per room per day, payable locally upon arrival. Linen and towels will be provided, and for those people staying for two weeks there is a maid service included. This villa requests a £100.00GBP deposit for breakages and a £50.00GBP deposit for loss of any keys. This is payable upon arrival to the management company and is fully refundable upon departure.
