This Villa is an easy short 5-7 minute walk to the 2km long Blue Flag beach, with a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bank and ATM, car and bike hire and other facilities available in the local village. The 5 star Columbia Beach Hotel and Resort, with wonderful restaurants and leisure facilities, are an easy stroll away; Pissouri village, with a further wide range of restaurants and bars, is a mere five minute drive away and two championship golf courses (Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley) are a ten minute scenic drive from the villa; the glorious Troodos mountains for hiking in summer and ski-ing in winter are 30 minutes away, while numerous archaeological sites are nearby.

 
Description:

This privately owned, new, spacious 4 bedroom luxury villa situated on the west coast of Cyprus, in the rural seaside village of Pissouri Bay, midway between Paphos and Limassol. Set at the southern end of a small valley filled with vineyards, the villa has spectacular sea views from the living areas and also from every bedroom, (so guests can wake up to the sound of the sea and relax in bed, savouring the views in luxury).

It is fully air-conditioned and each room also has attractive ceiling fans to allow full use of the extensive floor to ceiling window. The villa is suitable for a 2 family rental and is also very child friendly. It has been tiled with stunning owner-selected Italian porcellenato tiles through-out. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious 50m2 open-plan lounge/dining area with an elegant blue lounge suite placed around a real feature marble-surround fire-place (wonderful for cosy evenings in cooler weather), TV, DVD player and CD stereo.

There is also a broadband internet connection for surfing the net or keeping in touch with the world by email. Wall to wall picture windows open on to an extensive patio area which can be used for dining al fresco. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, including oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in a separate small utility area. Adjacent to the living area is an elegantly fitted shower room with WC, which also serves a twin bedroom with opening floor to ceiling windows overlooking both the pool and the sea. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobes and dressing table and accesses a private terrace with sun loungers from which the full beauty of the surrounding valley can be enjoyed. It has an en-suite shower room with elegant owner-specified fittings. There are two further bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and one with another built-in dressing table. These two rooms have twin beds which can be made up as doubles if required, and have panoramic sea views through opening picture windows. There is a large family sized bathroom shared by these two bedrooms.

Outdoor living is a feature of the villa, which has been provided with eight sun loungers, a table with 8 chairs and barbeque area, and electric retractable awnings for when shade is required. The villa has an extra-large 13m by 4m pool set in a substantial landscaped garden and paved patio area, filled with a wide variety of local plants, trees and flowers. There is private parking for two cars and off-road parking for a further three adjacent to the property. Please be aware that small children will need to be supervised in the garden and pool area as there are steep slopes surrounding the property, due to the topography of the site. There is a small children’s playground 50 metres from the villa, while lovely hill-side walks begin at the front door. There are about 18 steps down from the carport to the front of the property, so the villa is not suitable for disabled guests.
