Ground Level
The outside pool area offers direct sea views and leads into a stunning lounge area, which also faces the sea. Please see appendix for entertainment items included.
The lounge forms an open plan layout with the dining room, which can seat 8 and the kitchen, which comes with 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, kitchenette, microwave, oven, washing machine and coffee maker.
The first twin bedroom with bathroom is also found on the ground floor.
Lower Level
Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, which leads out to the pool area via stairs. As the room is located below ground level it boasts cool temperatures in the summer, but has no sea views.
First Floor
2 double bedrooms both with double beds which also face the sea. Each commands undisturbed views of the Mediterranean from private balconies and both interiors are extremely well furnished. Main room has an en suite shower room, second room has a spacious bathroom room.
The villa is within walking distance of the shops, tavernas, pubs and family entertainment areas in Coral Bay as well as its beaches. Car hire is not essential.
