The main entrance door opens to a large open plan living and kitchen area with a dining area set off from the kitchen. The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility area to the rear of the kitchen which houses the washing machine. The living area has satellite television, a DVD/CD player, coffee table and ample seating. Two sets of glass doors lead from the living area to the pool, garden area and front veranda. Leading off from the kitchen is a large dining area with a round table and seating for 6 people. There is a guest WC. An attractive marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the first floor hall leading to the three bedrooms. All three bedrooms have glass doors leading to the balcony at the front of the villa.
